Number of Cycles refers to the number of times you want the activity to run. If you select more than one cycle, you will also need to determine how much time you want between the cycles. This setting can be compared to a “set” in the fitness world. Set the time between cycles wisely, as recovery time is a major factor in all workouts and can define the specific type of workout you are looking to achieve. Outside the fitness world, using cycles can be great for all sorts of activities, such as repetitive training in sports, running, or for recovery time in basically any field.
