If your Pods aren't charging, then follow these steps:
- Make sure that the USB cable is properly connected between the power outlet and the charger unit. The USB charger specifications require a 5 V supply and Minimum of 100 mA (1 Ampere).
- Place one Pod on top of the charger. If the indication light starts blinking red, move onto the next step. If the indication light changes between blue, green and red, leave the Pod on the charger for at least 10 minutes, then remove the Pod for a second and return the Pod to the top of the charger and make sure the indication light then blinks red. If so, move onto the next step. If you still don’t see a red indication light, contact us at support@blazepod.com. Please check the rest of your Pods before sending the mail.
- Add an additional Pod on top of the charging Pod and repeat the first 3 steps.
You can charge up to 6 Pods stacked one on top of the other.

Hello! My Blaze Pod's aren't charging properly! Sometimes it seems that some pods (even they are not empty) are not finding a connection either to the base charger or to other pods. What can I do. My pods are only 3 month old and it seems that they are loosing connectivity!
"Place one Pod on top of the charger. If the indication light starts blinking red, move onto the next step."
Please specify what is the "next step"?
Is the next step means to Add an additional Pod on top of the charging Pod as 2 fine pods to be placed onto the issue pod?
My problem is the same as
Sandro Streitenbürger.
How do I solve the problem?
Thank you
Mine just arrived today and I can not get them to charge.
